A graphic designer with over ten years experience andan ever growing interest in photography.
I grew up in southwest Kansas and studied graphic design at Friends University in Wichita. Throughout college I interned in the Friends University Public Relations Office, also for a short time at Armstrong Shank Ad agency. Previously I worked at the Wichita Business Journal and Bethel College.
After taking some time off to spend with my first child I returned to work at the Wichita Business Journal as the Marketing and Events Manager. While I loved my job, I knew working corporately didn’t allow me to spend the quality time with my children. There is such a short time you get that one on one with them and I didn’t want to miss it. So I began working from home as a freelance artist again.
I specialize within a print media emphasis relating to Graphic Design and Photography. I studied photography in college as well as design, but most recently I have really found a passion for it. It is a privilege to be able work from home, a major THANK YOU to my hardworking husband! I get to spend the days playing with a little work mixed in!
